Staff at AAESS are a team of
highly motivated teaching professionals, whose sole aim is to
provide the best standards of education for the pupils at the
school. Backed by a team of outstanding support and
administration staff and led by a expert management team, the
school strives to provide the best educational needs for all its
students. The school operates a comprehensive SEN programme and
all teaching staff are expected to make significant contribution
to support students in class, when not teaching academic
subjects. All staff are expected to contribute to the wider life
of the school community in terms of sport, performing arts,
clubs, social events, etc.

For teaching staff familiarity with the
National Curriculum, particularly the Literacy Hour and Numeracy
Strategy, would be an advantage for Primary applicants.
Secondary staff may be required in all
subject areas and familiarity with the IGCSE, AS and A2
programmes would be an advantage.

AAESS is a
multinational school, which provides an English curriculum from
Nursery to Year 13. Pupils are presented for KS1, KS2, KS3,
IGCSE, and AS/A2-level examinations. The School is a member of
the Association of British Schools in the Middle East and is
recognised by the Department for Education and Skills UK: DfES
number 703/6082.
The School has expanded from 550 pupils to 710 pupils in the
last 12 months and has a target size of 1500 pupils on
completion of the current development phase. Applications from
