This is the current fee schedule, if
you choose this you will be invoiced for all applicable
supplementary charges as listed below in addition to the Basic
School Fee.

NB. School uniform is not provided within this option.
Parents should also note that should they be advised by the
teaching staff that their child requires the Individual Learning
Needs Programme or English as a Second Language Programme, this is
then not optional. The child must be entered onto the
programme and an invoice of AED 1,500 per term will be charged for
either programme.

This is the consolidated fee structure which includes all
additional supplementary charges.
This one off invoice can be presented to your
employer (where appropriate) and no further invoices will be
rendered in respect of the additional services included in the
list below.
However, should you choose this
option the additional AED 4,500 is an annual payment, payable in
the first term.

Please read this carefully and comply with the requirements,
which are:
• Prompt payment of fees is
requested. Please note that unlike many comparable schools
Al Ain English Speaking School requires payment of only one
term’s fees in advance, and parents are requested to make
the appropriate financial arrangements. The first term’s
fees must be paid on or before the first day of term. The
second term’s fees must be paid on 01 November and third
term’s fees on 01 February. No post-dated cheques will be
accepted unless agreement has been obtained from the School
in advance. Parents are responsible for collecting their
child’s invoice from the Finance Department 10 days before
the due date for payment and providing a cheque for to cover
the term’s fees. This cheque, if not to be used for the
payment of School Fees, will be returned when the Fees are
paid in cash or by some other means. This cheque will be
used to collect unpaid School Fees if, after two written
reminders over four weeks (sent home via the pupil and
copied to the family mailbox), the School Fees remain
unpaid. A new child may not enter the School until the
first term’s fees have been paid in full.
• For
parents who have the School fees refunded by their employer
as part of their employment package, the responsibility of
payment of fees by the due date remains that of the parent
and late payment charges as above will apply irrespective of
whether the employer reimburses the fees by the due date or
not.
• Where
one calendar month’s notice is given in writing, fees for
the subsequent term(s), which have already been paid, will
be refunded. If a child enters or leaves the School during
term the fees payable or refundable will be calculated on a
pro rata basis. For children entering the School in the
second and third terms the applicable fee is that of the
first term to offset the cost of additional supplies.
• A
Registration Fee of AED 600 per child is payable on first
entry into the School and is not refundable.
• To
reserve a place for a new child at the School, a
family bond of AED 5,000 (Nursery and Primary) or AED 8,000
(Secondary) is required, together with the Registration Fee
of AED 600. This bond is not refundable in the event
that the child / children does / do not enter the School.
The bond is refundable when the child / children leaves /
leave the School after the settlement of any outstanding
charges.
• To
reserve a place for an existing child for the new
academic year, a deposit of AED 2,000 will be charged. This
deposit will not be refunded if the child does not take up
the place.
• For
those children who require additional support and who are
placed on the School’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) or
Intensive English Language Programme (IELP / EAL) Register
an additional fee of AED 1,500 will be charged each term,
whilst they remain on the Register.
• The school does not operate a discount
scheme for families with more than one child in attendance.
